What is difference of descriptive text and report text ? Pls answer with englis languange

Generic Structure
Report: general classification, description (part per part)
Descriptive: Identification, description (in parts or each characteristic)

Report text: Report the thing which will be discused in general and results of observation or analysis
Descriptive: Describe the thing spesificly and tells the actual condition of the thing
