Principal : "Ms. NAMA"

You : "Good morning sir, sorry for my interruption."

Principal : "No, it's okay. So, what bring you here, Ms. NAMA?"

You : "So, the purpose is, me as the chairman of this student organization want to invite you to come on the camping activity."

Principal : "Oh.. I got what you want here. So, can I know when the camping will be done?"

You : "Of course sir, we will done this camping activity for five days, start from next Monday until Friday."

Principal : "And how about the activities there?"

You : "We have a lot of activities, since it will be held for all grades so we want to make a good relationship for all grades. Start from all grades will be have randomized groups, they have to build their teamwork if they want to will all games there. It will be really fun and we already prepared all things we need there."

Principal : "So you already done all the preparation and you want me to come on the camping activity?"

You : "Yes, sir. It will be such a pleasure if we have you there with us."

Principal : "Okay I got it. I will try to be there with you guys."

You : "Thank you so much! We hope you can be there with us."

Principal : "Your welcome, ms NAMA. Is that all?"

You : "Yes, that's all what I want to said to you, sir. Then please excuse me and have a good day sir."

Principal : "Thank you, have a good day."
